How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Will the soft pink read as too feminine in a shared bedroom?

The pink here is a warm, sun-bleached wall colour rather than a candy or blush pink, and it sits next to a wide band of turquoise and a clear pale blue sky. In a room with oak, linen and a bit of terracotta it reads as warm and holiday-like rather than girlish, and most partners react to it as architectural rather than floral.

Is the pool the main focus or is the building?

The turquoise pool takes up the lower half and pulls the eye first, but the pink villa is what gives the scene its character. The composition flows from water, to figures, to architecture, to the strip of sky — so it works as a whole rather than depending on one focal point, which makes it easier to live with.

Will this look out of place in a room with no other travel pieces?

It's painterly enough to read as a calm landscape rather than a travel poster, so it doesn't need other holiday art around it to make sense. One terracotta pot, a piece of rattan or a linen throw is usually enough context. It will, however, feel adrift in a room built around heavy navy and dark wood.
