About This Art

Too much beige. Not enough sage green. This fixes that. Three inky black cats sit in a tangle of soft pink roses and sage leaves, drawn in the William Morris pattern tradition on a warm cream ground.

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Are the cats the main focal point, or is the pattern?

The cats lead — three black silhouettes are the first thing your eye lands on, with the floral tapestry working as the backdrop. The pattern is detailed but flat and decorative, so it supports the cats rather than competing with them. Read up close, you'll spot the soft fur detailing inside each cat.

Will the soft sage and dusty pink palette suit a darker room?

It can, but it'll read softer rather than statement. The cream ground is the dominant colour, which keeps it light overall. In a darker room — deep green walls, moody navy — the print acts as a quiet brightener. If you want something that punches through dim light, this isn't it.

Is this too feminine for a shared room or study?

The dusty pink is muted and sits alongside sage and inky black, so it reads more vintage tapestry than overtly girly. In a study or shared bedroom with oak, linen, and aged brass, it comes across as characterful rather than pink-led. If pink in any form is a no, this won't be for you.
