How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the soft pink ground clash with a warm cream or oat sofa?

No — the pink in this print sits on the warm side, closer to coral than baby pink, so it works happily with cream, oat, beige and natural linen. It also gets on well with pale oak and rattan. Where it does push back is cool grey and chrome — those schemes won't take it as easily.

Is the cat the main subject, or is it really a floral print?

It's genuinely both. The black cat anchors the right side and the poppies anchor the left, and the composition splits the wall almost evenly. If you want something cat-led with flowers as backdrop, this fits — and equally if you want a still life with a bit of personality.

How big should I go above a standard three-seater sofa?

Go large. The piece is built around a soft pink ground that needs room to breathe — at a small size, the cat and vase crowd each other and the pink stops reading as a backdrop. Aim for roughly two-thirds of the sofa's width.
