How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Will the deep green backdrop feel too heavy in a small hallway?

In a small hallway it actually works in its favour — the dark backdrop makes the cream florals and badger pop under warm lamplight, giving the space a focal point rather than shrinking it. If your hallway has no natural light at all, hang it where a wall lamp or sconce can hit it.

Does the typography read as part of the design or feel intrusive?

The Morris-style exhibition-poster format puts the typography at the top and bottom, framing the botanical panel. It reads as part of the composition, similar to a museum poster, rather than competing with the badger. From across a room it sits as quiet bands of text rather than shouting.

Is the badger the clear focal point or does the pattern compete with it?

The badger sits dead-centre and frontal, with the floral pattern arranged symmetrically around him. At normal viewing distance your eye lands on his face first, then travels out into the roses and tulips. The composition is busy but ordered — pattern-rich rather than chaotic.
