How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Will this feel too babyish for a child who's a bit older?

No. The painting is loose and properly observed rather than cartoonish — the eye, the muzzle and the markings are all done with real brushwork. It sits happily in a nursery and still works in a six- or seven-year-old's room without looking outgrown.

Does the sky-blue background match most nursery schemes?

It's a soft, slightly dusty blue rather than a bright primary — so it sits comfortably with cream, oat, pale oak, and warm tan. It also plays nicely against off-white walls. If your scheme leans pink-led or strongly green, test it against your main textiles first.
