How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Is this too childish for a hallway or living space?

Not really. The palette is calm cream, sage and dusty blue-green with just one warm orange spark, so it reads as a gentle folk landscape rather than a cartoon. Plenty of buyers hang it in a family hallway or quiet reading corner, not only in a nursery.

Will the orange figures clash with a mostly cream and green room?

The orange is small and warm rather than bright, so it acts as a single accent rather than a clash. If your room is mostly cream, sage or pale wood, the orange tends to pull the whole scheme together. Add one small terracotta object nearby to echo it.

Does it work on its own or does it need other prints around it?

It holds a wall on its own at medium size, especially above a low dresser, a child's bed or a slim hallway console. If you want a cluster, keep companions quiet — soft botanicals or other folk illustrations in cream and sage work best.
