How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Will the bright greens and oranges clash in a mostly neutral room?

No — that's actually where it works best. The off-white background in the painting blends into pale walls, and the colour reads as a single bright accent rather than fighting other patterns. Trouble starts when the room already has strong reds, busy florals or competing artwork. On a calm wall, it lifts the room without taking it over.

Does the print show the actual Supertree Grove, or just generic palms?

The Supertrees are clearly there — the tall structures with the umbrella-like canopies in the centre of the composition. They're painted loosely rather than photographically, so they read more like an artist's impression than a postcard, but anyone who's been to Gardens by the Bay will recognise them straight away.

Is it better hung portrait above a console, or could it work above a sofa?

Both work. The portrait orientation suits a narrow console or a hallway wall best, where the height draws the eye up. Above a sofa, go for the large or statement size so it doesn't get swamped by the furniture — a small version above a wide sofa tends to float.
