Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

The background is a warm cream rather than a bright white, so it reads slightly softer than a crisp white wall. That contrast is usually flattering — it stops the artwork disappearing. On a magnolia or soft grey wall it blends more closely. If your walls are a very cool brilliant white, a black frame gives the edge some definition.

The two words at the top and bottom are set in a chunky bold face, so they hold up well at medium sizes. At the smallest sizes they still read from a metre or so away, but the finer black linework inside the flowers starts to tighten up. If you want the drawing to feel loose and airy, go a size up.

Yes, as long as your blue is a soft or mid blue rather than a cold navy-heavy scheme. The print already carries soft blue flowers, so it links up naturally with blue cabinets, ceramics or upholstery. The coral and mustard then act as the lift. Very dark navy walls will swallow the cream background.

On its own. There is a lot happening inside the frame already — around fifteen flower shapes plus the lettering — so extra pieces beside it make the wall feel restless. If you do want company, keep it to one plain piece well spaced along the same wall, ideally in a single flat colour.
