• We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

It works for both. The drawing is detailed and museum-like rather than cartoonish, so a small child gets a clear, recognisable dinosaur while an older child gets something that still looks good at eleven. Pair it with pale wood, plain bedding and a few toy dinosaurs on the shelf and the room reads playful without going bright.

No — it usually helps. The background has a soft purple-grey cast that sits comfortably against cool grey or off-white paint, and the cream border gives a little breathing space so the two greys don't fight. On warm cream or beige walls it still works, though the blue will read cooler by contrast.

Allow roughly 60cm of clear wall at a medium size, with a little empty space either side. The engraved plates and scales only reward you up close, so avoid tucking it behind a door or crowding it with shelves. Above a low bookcase, a desk or a bed at eye level all work well.
