Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Year-round autumn. The pumpkins and black cat are styled into a warm living room scene with cocktails and a marble table, so it leans cosy and painterly rather than spooky. It earns its place on the wall in October but doesn't look out of place in February.

It works best on warm walls — terracotta, dusty pink, cream, warm white, deep green or warm brown. On cool grey or stark white walls the pink in the painting can feel slightly stranded, so add warm wood, brass or a lamp nearby to bridge it.

A medium portrait sits well above a two- to three-seater sofa, leaving roughly 15–25 cm of breathing room on each side. If your sofa is wider, either go one size up or flank it with a smaller piece on each side to balance the wall.
