    Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

    Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

    Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

    Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

    You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

    How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

    Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

    Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

    Will the bright primary colours feel too loud in a neutral room?

    In a mostly off-white or pale-timber room, the red, yellow and blue read as one confident focal point rather than chaos. The warm off-white background does a lot of the work — it softens the contrast and keeps the grid feeling graphic rather than shouty. Keep nearby objects matt and quiet and it settles in quickly.

    Does it work in a small space like a study nook or hallway?

    Yes. The portrait format and clear grid suit narrow walls, study nooks and hallways. Above a desk or slim console it gives a small room a clear focal point without crowding it. Leave a hand's width of clear wall around the frame and hang at eye level so the geometry reads cleanly.

    What frame colour suits this best?

    A slim black frame is the strongest match — it picks up the black shapes inside the grid and gives the piece that Bauhaus exhibition-poster feel. White also works for a softer, more gallery-quiet look. Avoid heavy gold or ornate frames, which fight the clean geometry rather than supporting it.
