Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

A framed print under acrylic glazing handles a normal family bathroom well, especially with a window or extractor fan. Avoid hanging it directly above a shower or somewhere it gets splashed. Keep it on a drier wall — above a towel rail, by the basin, or on the wall opposite the bath — and it will look great for years.

It's a bright, slightly inky mid-blue — closer to a true blue than to navy. It reads cleanly against white tile, cream walls and pale oak, and sits happily next to soft pinks, sand tones and natural rattan. If your room is built around very dark navy, the swimsuit will sit a notch lighter and brighter than that.

It works in both. In a kids' bathroom it brings obvious fun, and in a grown-up bathroom it lands as a dry, holiday-mood one-liner rather than something childish. The hand-painted stripes and chalky cream ground keep it feeling like art, not a novelty sign — particularly with rattan, brass and linen nearby.
