Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Not usually. The red sits in the check rather than blocking the whole background, and the cream squares break it up. In a small room, hang it on the wall opposite the window so daylight lifts it, and keep nearby furniture pale — oak, painted white, or linen — so the colour stays a focal point rather than a weight.

It works well in a nursery. The colours are bold but soft-edged, and the flower is painterly rather than cartoonish. It also has a longer shelf life than themed nursery art — it'll still suit a child's room at six or eight years old, which is hard to say for woodland animals or pastel rainbows.

The flower is roughly centred but leans very slightly left, with the stem dropping down through the lower third. The composition feels balanced rather than symmetrical, which is part of why it reads hand-painted. Hang it centred to your furniture and the slight lean won't be noticeable.
