It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

It sits between the two. The background is a strong, slightly warm blue with brushy edges, closer to a rich mid-blue than a black-leaning navy. Against cream, oak or off-white walls it stays punchy without turning grey, and next to soft pinks, sand or terracotta it feels grounded rather than icy.

It is intentional and part of the cyanotype style. The blue is brushed onto a cream base, so the ragged edge shows the underlying paper. It reads as hand-printed rather than untidy and gives the piece a more relaxed, artisan feel than a hard-edged photographic print.

No, as long as the wall behind it is calm. The blue is saturated but the composition is airy, so a single piece over a bed or dresser adds depth without crowding the room. Keep bedding and curtains in cream, oat or soft pink and let the print carry the colour.
