Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

The wording 'Côte d'Azur' is a permanent part of the artwork, sitting in deep blue across the top third. It's a key feature, not removable. If you'd rather a wordless coastal scene, this isn't the right pick — but if you like a clear travel-poster look, the type does most of the heavy lifting.

The background is a warm cream rather than pure white, so against a crisp white wall it will read as soft and slightly buttery, not grubby. It tends to sit more comfortably on off-white, plaster, oat or pale yellow walls. On a stark white wall, an oak or warm wood frame helps tie it in.

It works in both. The friendly illustration style, palm tree and sandy beach are gentle enough for a kids' room or nursery, while the travel-poster format keeps it grown-up enough for a hallway, study or guest bedroom. It's a rare piece that crosses over without feeling out of place.
