Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

It reads as Cinque Terre — the stacked pastel houses, the cliff drop straight into deep blue water, and the small harbour path are all signature details of the five villages. Riomaggiore in particular has this exact layout. If you've been, it'll click. If you haven't, it still works as a warm Mediterranean coastal view.

The blue is deep but not electric, and it sits against warm peach, terracotta and cream buildings, which softens its weight considerably. In a neutral room it acts as the colour moment rather than a clash. If your walls are very cool grey, the warm tones in the houses are what stop it feeling chilly.

It can do both. At smaller sizes the detail in the houses reads beautifully close-up, which suits a hallway or above a desk. At larger sizes it becomes a proper view-from-the-window moment above a sofa or sideboard. We'd lean larger if you've got the wall for it.
