Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Not usually. The blue is concentrated in the artwork rather than spread across the walls, and the rust and soft pink areas keep it warm. In a small room, hang it on the wall you see when you walk in, keep the surrounding wall pale, and it will read as a focal point rather than a heavy block.

That's where it does the most. Grey and beige rooms often lack a single strong note, and the deep blue supplies it while the rust ties back to timber, leather and terracotta you already own. Repeat the rust once in a cushion or a pot and the whole scheme looks intentional.

Give it around 15-20cm of clear wall on each side at minimum, more if you can. The composition runs edge to edge with no quiet border, so crowding it with shelves, switches or another frame makes the paint areas fight for attention. A plain stretch of wall lets the texture settle.
