Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Not usually. The background here is a dark blue-green, so it settles nicely against deeper greens like forest or olive. It struggles more against bright grass green or lime, where the two tones compete. If your wall is a light sage, the coral still reads well and the dark background gives the piece a clear edge.

It depends on where you put it. Above a bed it can feel a bit lively last thing at night, since the coral is the loudest thing in the room. On a side wall, or opposite the bed rather than over it, it works well and gives a neutral bedroom something to look at in the morning light.

It wants a wall of at least 80cm so there is breathing room either side. Square works best centred above a sideboard, bench or chest of drawers rather than a long sofa, where a wide piece usually suits better. On a narrow hallway wall it also works, hung a little lower than eye level.
