Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Not at a medium size. The browns and cream do most of the work, with the deep red and gold reading as accents rather than the main event. In a small room, hang it above a sideboard or bar cart with one warm lamp nearby and it will feel atmospheric rather than heavy.

A dark brown wood frame is the easiest match — it picks up the bottles and grounds the warm tones. Oak can work in a more relaxed country-leaning room, but it softens the mood. Avoid black, which fights the warmth, and white, which makes the piece feel cut out from the wall.

It depends on the room. In a dedicated dining room, bar corner or entryway it reads as classic still life and feels grown-up rather than boozy. In a child-focused kitchen or playroom, a botanical or food still life is usually a better fit.
