    About This Art

Seen beside dark stained wood, the abstract flower loses nostalgia and gains grit. The brush marks read as paint, not decoration, and the room follows. Hang it and a flat wall gets depth: the deep brown top half holds the eye, then the blue and sand river pulls it down and across, so the whole wall feels taller and more deliberate. It earns its keep above a sideboard, in a hallway, or on a study wall where you sit close to it. Pair it with linen seating, cane, stoneware and one strong mustard or deep green cushion. Don't crowd it with small busy pictures or fussy florals, and skip a glossy wall colour beside it. Printed on premium fine-art paper, unframed or framed in real wood.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

Made responsiblyFSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the strong blue work in a room with warm neutrals?

Yes, and that's the easiest way to use it. The sand and mustard sections bridge the blue back to cream, oat and clay tones, so it doesn't sit apart from a warm room. Echo the blue once in a cushion or a ceramic and the piece reads as planned rather than dropped in.

Does the two-part composition look odd on a wall?

It reads as one picture once it's up, because the dark brown band and the sand river share the same painted surface. Give it a large size and clear wall either side, and hang it a little lower than usual so the top half sits at eye level rather than above it.

Is it too bold for a small room?

Not if it's the only artwork on that wall. In a hallway or small study, one strong piece often works better than several small ones — it gives the eye somewhere to land. Keep the rest of the wall bare and stick to plain paint rather than pattern.
