    About This Art

What it adds isn't clutter. It's vertical tension in the right places. Tall coral and cream buildings draw the eye up, and the cobbled lane pulls it back down again.

The room feels a bit warmer and a bit further south once it's up. Pinks lift cream walls, and the dusty blue shutters quietly do the work of an accent cushion you don't need to buy.

It works above a sofa, along a hallway, or on a kitchen wall where you want a window onto somewhere sunnier. Hang at standing eye-level so the figures sit in the lower third.

Pair it with cream linen, oak or rattan, terracotta pots and a brass lamp. Soft pinks and warm whites in ceramics echo the buildings without copying them.

Don't crowd it with other busy scenes or strong primaries — the colour story is gentle and benefits from quiet neighbours. Stretched on a wooden frame and ready to hang straight from the box.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

Still not sure? Contact our team with a photo of your space and we'll tell you exactly what size will work.

    What's your return policy?

If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.

Is the colour more coral pink or true terracotta?

It reads coral pink — softer and rosier than terracotta. The pink dominates the left-hand buildings, with warmer terracotta only on the rooftops and a few smaller doorways. If your room runs on warm creams or soft pinks it will sit comfortably; if it leans on rust and brick reds, expect a gentler pairing rather than a tonal match.

Will the small figures still read at a larger size?

Yes. The strollers are painted loosely rather than in fine detail, so they hold up well when scaled up — they read as figures on a sunlit lane rather than as individual portraits. At larger sizes the shutters, awning stripes and cobbles also gain presence, which is when the print really earns its wall.

Does it work in a north-facing room with cooler light?

It does, and it's arguably where it earns its keep. The coral pinks and warm creams add their own warmth, while the dusty blue shutters and mid-green foliage stop it tipping into sugary. In a cooler room it acts as a warm anchor rather than fighting the light.
