All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

• Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  
• We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  
• Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  
• Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

It behaves better than it looks on screen. Against off-white or pale grey walls the soft pink and orange read as warmth rather than noise, because the grey-green background tones sit close to a neutral wall. Keep the surrounding wall clear and let the yellow bird do the talking.

Go large where you can. The paint is applied thickly and the flowers behind the bird are loose, so at small sizes the background can look muddled. Around 50x70cm and up keeps the wing markings sharp and gives the brushwork room to breathe above a sofa, bed or sideboard.

Soft sage, muted olive and dusty blue walls work well, since the background already carries a grey-green cast. Strong emerald or bright turquoise paint is harder, as it competes with the yellow. If your walls are a bold colour, hang it where there is plenty of clear wall around it.
