    How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

    Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

    Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

    Will the deep blue feel too heavy in a small room?

    The blue is a solid block but it sits inside a large warm off-white ground, so the overall feel is lighter than the colour alone suggests. In a small study or hallway it reads as a single calm focal point rather than a dark wall, especially with pale walls and warm wood nearby.

    Does this work alongside other abstract prints or is it better on its own?

    It's strong enough to hang solo and that's our first recommendation. If you want a small cluster, keep companions quieter — black-and-white line work, simple geometric shapes, or minimal type — and let Small Worlds II stay the largest piece in the group.

    What furniture and wall colour suits it best?

    Warm woods like walnut or pale oak, black metal lighting, tubular steel or bentwood chairs, linen or wool upholstery, and chalky off-white or warm cream walls. Avoid heavy florals, ornate gold frames and strongly patterned wallpaper on the same wall.
