    With a botanical glasshouse poster, scale decides whether the hallway wakes up. Hung well, this print does a lot of quiet work — the deep greens settle the room and the off-white background keeps things light rather than heavy.

    A narrow hallway suddenly feels like the walk-in to a Victorian garden. A bright kitchen reads a touch more grown-up. The London Underground caption at the foot gives it a friendly, collected feel rather than a straight nature print.

    Best above a console, between two doorways, or on a long stretch of hall wall where you currently have nothing. It also holds its own above a small kitchen table.

    Pair with rattan, pale oak, linen, terracotta pots and a few real plants. Brass picture hooks and warm white walls flatter the greens.

    Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

    Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

    When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

    Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

    Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

    You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

    How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

    Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

    Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

    If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

    Is the lettering at the bottom clearly readable, or mostly decorative?

    It's properly readable. KEW GARDENS sits large across the foot, with a smaller line beneath naming the District Line and Kew Gardens station. At medium and large sizes you can read it from across the room; at small sizes the lower caption gets tight, which is one reason we'd push you toward large.

    Will the deep greens look heavy in a smaller room?

    Not usually — about half the image is a soft off-white background, so it reads brighter than a pure dark botanical. In a small hallway or galley kitchen it still feels airy, especially next to white or warm off-white walls. If your room runs very dark already, it will lean moody.

    Does it work above a low console or only on a tall empty wall?

    Both. It's portrait, so it loves a tall, narrow stretch of wall, but it also sits very happily above a console or small kitchen table at the large size. Hang the centre of the print roughly 20–25cm above the furniture so it feels anchored rather than floating.
