    About This Art

Put bluntly, your bedroom can carry more charcoal grey than it thinks. A dark circle on a pale wall does not weigh a room down; it gives the eye somewhere to land. Hang it and the wall stops feeling like leftover space. The constellation lines pull attention to the centre, so the area around it reads tidier than it did before. It sits well above a low chest of drawers, beside a doorway, or in a square gap in a hallway where a landscape shape never fits. Pair it with linen bedding, dark wood, black metal and stoneware. Avoid crowding it with bright colour prints or busy patterned art, which fight the quiet grey. On canvas the dark tones stay flat and shadow-free.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

    Made responsibly
FSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the charcoal circle look too dark in a small room?

It reads as a single dark shape rather than a heavy block, because the pale grey background takes up nearly half the picture. In a small bedroom or hallway it works like a full stop on the wall. Keep the surrounding wall light and leave a bit of breathing space either side, and it feels calm rather than closed in.

Can I hang this with the other star sign designs?

Yes, and it is the easiest way to use it. The square format, matching circular border and identical grey and off-white palette mean two, three or four signs line up neatly with even gaps. Hang them in a straight row at eye level, or in a tidy block of four. Same size for each keeps it looking deliberate.

Is the word libra easy to read from across the room?

The lettering is small and set low inside the circle, so from a few metres away you mainly see the constellation and the ring. That is intentional. Go for a medium or large size if you want the word legible from the sofa; at small sizes treat it as a quiet detail rather than a headline.
