    About This Art

From the doorway, the repeating pattern reads clean. Up close, not polite. Little red cherry pairs sit in loose rows across a soft cream ground, with tiny dots scattered like poppy seeds between them. Hang it in a kitchen, a breakfast nook, a pantry door, or a girl's bedroom and the whole corner lifts. Pair it with painted wood, cream tiles, red-and-white checks, a jug of tulips, or a stack of vintage cookbooks. It also plays well with black-and-white food photography or a hand-painted fruit study. What to skip: heavy oil landscapes, dark brooding abstracts, or anything that wants to be the serious grown-up in the room — this print isn't trying to be.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the repeating pattern feel too busy on a kitchen wall?

It reads as a soft rhythm rather than a busy pattern because most of the surface is cream. The cherries and dots are small and evenly spaced, so from across the room it feels like a warm wash of red on cream. Up close there's more detail to enjoy.

Does it work in a modern kitchen, or is it only for cottage-style rooms?

It leans cottagecore and grandmillennial, but it can lift a plain modern kitchen too — especially if you have cream or white cabinets, painted wood, or a warm neutral wall. It looks less at home in very sleek, dark or industrial kitchens.

Is the red bright enough to work as a proper accent, or does it fade against cream?

The red is a true warm red — not a pale pink or a rusty tone — so it holds its own as an accent even from a distance. Pair it with other red touches like a tea towel, kettle or checked cushion to tie the wall into the rest of the room.
