Nothing in this soft blue-grey and cream whispers, even when the hallway does. The tern dives across a quiet sky, and the room lifts with it.
What changes when it goes up: a flat wall gets movement and a little air. The pale palette borrows light from a window rather than fighting it, so a small or north-facing room feels taller instead of busier.
Where to hang it: above a console in a hallway, beside a bed in a calm bedroom, or on a study wall above a desk. It likes eye-level on its own, with breathing room.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?
Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.
When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.
Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?
Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.
You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.
How do I know what size will actually work in my space?
Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.
Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

What's your return policy?
If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.
We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.
Will the soft blue-grey look too washed-out on a white wall?
On bright white it can read very pale, especially in strong daylight. It comes alive against chalky off-white, soft sage or dove panelling, where the warm cream paper and blue-grey sky have something to push against. If your wall is pure white, an oak frame helps anchor it.
Is the small dragonfly part of the print or a separate element?
It's part of the original plate. Audubon tucked a small dragonfly into the lower-left corner of the composition — a quiet detail rather than a focal point. It reads as a small dark accent at the bottom edge and adds a touch of life without competing with the diving bird above.
Does the diving angle work above a bed, or will it feel unsettled?
It works well above a bed because the movement is gentle rather than dramatic — the bird sweeps downward in a soft arc rather than plunging. Centred above the headboard at eye-level when standing, it reads as graceful motion, not agitation. Pair with calm bedding and avoid hanging it crooked.
