    About This Art

Try it above the sideboard; the loose cut-out shapes will do the editing. Two leaf shapes — one peach, one bright pink — sit on a soft sage panel against a warm cream ground, with a quiet nod to Matisse's paper cut-outs.

The room reads lighter the moment it goes up. Walls feel less flat, the seating area picks up a warm pink lift, and the rest of the furniture stops working so hard.

It suits a living room, bedroom or hallway with pale walls and plenty of daylight. Hang at eye-level on its own, or pair with one quieter botanical for a small two-piece.

Pairs well with pale oak, cream linen, soft pink ceramics and a little brass. Bouclé and stoneware also work nicely.

Don't stack it next to busy gallery prints or heavy dark florals — this one wants room to breathe. Printed on premium fine-art paper.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

    Made responsibly
FSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the soft pink look too sweet in a living room?

The pink is warm but muted, sitting on a cream ground with a sage panel behind it. In a daylight-led room with oak, linen or stoneware nearby, it reads as a friendly accent rather than a nursery colour. If your scheme is otherwise quite neutral, this print will be the warmest thing in it — which is usually the point.

Does the French text 'Papiers Découpés' stay legible at smaller sizes?

Yes. The title is set in plain block type at the top and the subtitle in italic at the bottom, both with plenty of space around them. Even at a medium size the wording stays clear from across the room. If you want the type to feel more decorative than readable, go a size smaller.

Will it work above a bed as well as a sofa?

It will. The portrait format and single focal point sit comfortably above a standard headboard, centred. Keep bedding in cream, off-white or soft linen tones so the pink stays the main event, and skip a competing print on the same wall.
