How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Does the poster text print clearly at smaller sizes?
Yes. The BAUHAUS EXHIBITION FRANKFURT and JULY 19, 1923 lines are set in a chunky sans-serif, so they stay readable even at the smaller print sizes. At medium and large sizes the type reads cleanly from across the room.
Will the navy look almost black on the wall?
Under warm evening lamps the navy can read very deep, but it stays clearly blue rather than tipping to black. In daylight or cooler light the blue undertone is obvious. The cream background keeps the overall feel lighter than a fully dark print.
Is this too bold to hang next to other artwork?
It's a statement piece, so it works best on its own wall. If you want it in a wider scheme, keep neighbouring art quiet — single-colour typography, small line drawings, or plain photographic prints in the same navy-and-cream family rather than another bold pattern.
