    About This Art

At mid-morning, the half-moon turns from nice idea to main character. The lines pull the eye in, the two dots steady the rest of the wall, and the room reads more deliberate without anyone trying too hard.

It sharpens a quiet room. Walls feel less blank, corners feel more thought-through, and the deep blue gives a neutral scheme something to hold onto.

It suits a calm office above the desk, a bedroom above a low dresser, or a narrow hallway where the portrait shape fits the wall. Eye-level works best.

Pair with pale oak, linen, brushed brass and cream stoneware. A clean wrapped edge keeps the geometry feeling modern and quiet.

We're serious about canvas art, ask away

From sizing to framing and print quality, Fab's art experts break it all down—so you can find the right art for your space.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

Still not sure? Contact our team with a photo of your space and we'll tell you exactly what size will work.

    What's your return policy?

If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.

Will the deep blue feel cold in a warm, neutral room?

The background is a warm off-white, not a cool white, so the blue lands as a confident accent rather than a cold note. In rooms with oak, linen and cream stoneware it reads grounded and modern. If your scheme leans heavily into terracotta or mustard, the blue will sit in deliberate contrast — that can work, but worth being intentional about it.

Does the composition feel balanced, or off-centre?

It's deliberately off-balance. The half-moon sits centre-left, with the two dots placed diagonally — top-left and bottom-right — so the eye keeps moving. It reads calm rather than busy, but it isn't symmetrical. If you want a perfectly centred, mirror-image piece, this isn't that.

Is a medium size enough, or does this need to go big?

Medium works well at eye-level above a desk, console or low dresser — the arcs stay readable and the dots hold the corners. Go larger only if you've got a tall, empty wall that needs a single anchor; on a normal interior wall, medium tends to feel more considered than statement size.
