All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

• Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  
• We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  
• Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  
• Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Yes. The footer at the bottom of the print shows 海浪 (the Chinese characters for sea waves) alongside the English line 'It Comes and Goes in Waves', repeated twice. Both sit inside a thin blue border, with two small circular marks to the right. They're part of the design, not removable.

The blue is deep but balanced — it reads cool against white walls, but warms up nicely against pale oak, linen and stoneware. If your room runs to terracotta or mustard, it will sit oddly. Against white, off-white, grey or pale wood, it works.

Either works. Above a desk it reads as a confident, modern poster that lifts a working wall. Above a bed it sits quieter, almost meditative. The vertical ribbon suits both — just hang at eye level when seated, with bare wall around it.
