    About This Art

Leave the feature wall blank if you like cautious rooms. This is a piece for people who want a quiet room with one confident moment in it. Hang it and the wall stops being background — the soft blue sky pulls the room cooler, the white architecture sharpens everything around it, and the small black cat does the heavy lifting. Works best at eye level above a sideboard, a low console, or a writing desk, where the tall portrait shape has room to breathe. Pair it with pale oak, linen, off-white walls, and a single warm accent — a terracotta cushion, a small ceramic, a brass lamp base. Don't crowd it with other busy art. It needs space to do its job. Printed on premium fine-art paper for a clean, gallery finish.

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will all that empty sky look thin on the wall?

Only if you go small. The composition is built around negative space, so a larger size makes the emptiness feel deliberate and architectural. At small sizes the cat shrinks and the sky stops reading as a confident choice. Go large, give it clear wall space, and the quiet does the work.

Is the cat the main focus, or the building?

The cat is the focal point — it's the only dark shape in a mostly soft image, so the eye lands there first. The building provides the structure and weight on the right side, but the cat is what gives the piece its character. If you want a pure architecture print without the animal, this isn't it.

Will the cool blue clash with a warm room?

It can sit a bit awkwardly in rooms built around deep reds, warm golds or heavy terracotta. It works best with off-white, pale wood and linen, with one small warm accent — the small orange detail on the balcony gives you permission to pull a single warm note into the room without it fighting the print.
