About This Art
We like a Mediterranean cityscape best when it comes with a little abrasion. This is Monaco-Ville from the top of a hill: a glimpse of turquoise sea between pale apartments, a bell tower on the headland, and the kind of warm late-afternoon light that makes a room feel calmer than it is.
Put it on the wall and a tight hallway opens up. A pale kitchen gets a holiday it didn't ask for. A bright living room picks up the cream, terracotta and soft turquoise without changing the rest of the scheme.
Hang it at eye level on a chalky off-white or sand-toned wall, above a console, sideboard or low bookcase. The vertical street pulls the eye down into the picture, so give it a bit of breathing room either side.
Pair it with pale oak, rattan, linen, terracotta pots and brass fittings. A small olive or fig in a stoneware pot nearby helps.
Keep it away from competing travel posters — one view of the coast is plenty. Stretched over a wooden frame and ready to hang.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?
Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.
When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.
Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?
Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.
You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.
How do I know what size will actually work in my space?
Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.
Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

What's your return policy?
If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.
We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.
How prominent is the 'MONACO' lettering at the top?
The word MONACO sits across the top of the sky in a clean black serif, with 'Monaco-Ville' in script below. It reads clearly from across the room but isn't shouty — the cityscape and sea still do most of the work.
Will the terracotta building on the right clash with a warm red sofa?
It can. The red-orange tone is fairly saturated, so if your sofa is a similar warm red the two will fight. It sits better above neutral upholstery — cream linen, pale oat, soft sand — where the terracotta reads as an accent rather than a competitor.
Is this strong enough to anchor a wall on its own?
Yes. The vertical street and bell tower give it a clear focal point, so a medium size holds a tall narrow wall, above a console, or between two windows without needing companions. It also pairs cleanly with one quieter coastal piece if you prefer two.
