Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

It's printed in a warm gold ink, not real foil — so it won't shine like a mirror. In warm lamplight it reads as a rich, glowing gold against the black, which is the look most people are after. Bright direct daylight will flatten it slightly, so it suits softer or lamp-lit rooms best.

The background is a deep, near-black with a slight warmth to it rather than a flat printer black. Against a dark wall it sits quietly; against a pale wall the card edge becomes a strong rectangle, which can be the look you want or not — worth thinking about before you pick your spot.

It can, but it will dominate. In a light, airy room the black rectangle becomes a strong graphic moment rather than a quiet detail. If your walls are pale and your furniture is light, give it space — don't crowd it with other prints, and let the gold pick up warm metal or timber elsewhere in the room.
