    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Will the deep navy ground feel too heavy in a small room?

    It can, if the walls are also dark and the light is low. In a small room, hang it on the brightest wall, leave clear space around it, and add one warm lamp nearby. On a pale wall it actually opens the room up rather than closing it in, because the cream border softens the edges.

    Is the lettering and exhibition text part of the design or can it be cropped out?

    It's part of the design and prints as shown — the William Morris title at the top and the South Kensington exhibition details below are integral to the vintage poster feel. We don't offer a version with the text removed.

    Does it work in a modern room or only traditional interiors?

    It works in both, but it needs a bit of contrast. In a modern room with plain walls and clean-lined furniture, it reads as a deliberate heritage anchor rather than clashing. The trick is to let it be the one ornate thing in the room and keep everything else simple.
