Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

The orange neon takes up roughly the top third of the image, but it sits against deep near-black tones so it reads as one strong accent rather than a wash of colour. On a charcoal or warm black wall it settles in; on a pale wall it will feel louder.

It's a real photograph of real Tokyo signage, so the characters are legible Japanese script rather than decorative lettering. The orange sign reads as a shop name and the pale blue neon shows large kanji characters — buyers who read Japanese will recognise them.

It can work in a small room, but only if it's the single piece of art on that wall. The image has a lot going on — neon, signage, a figure, an umbrella — so crowding it with other frames or shelves nearby flattens the effect. One wall, one piece, low lamp.
