    About This Art

Unlike most cityscape art, this doesn't wait for approval. It is a football ground drawn in pencil, all steel roof trusses, packed seating and the row of terraced houses that sits right up against it. Hung up, it gives a room a proper focal point without adding any colour, so the walls stay calm and the drawing does the talking. Best above a sofa, a desk or along a hallway where people walk close enough to spot the small details. Pair it with dark wood, black metal, leather or tweed, and plain painted walls. Don't crowd it with busy wallpaper or a cluster of bright, colourful prints; the fine linework needs quiet either side. On paper, the pencil detail stays sharp right into the corners.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

    Made responsibly
FSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Is this too football-focused for a shared living room?

Less than you might expect. It reads first as a detailed architectural drawing of a big building and its surrounding terraced streets. The lettering on the stand tells you what it is, but the black and white pencil treatment keeps it calm, so it sits alongside plain furniture rather than shouting across the room.

Will the fine pencil detail still read from across the room?

The overall shape of the stands, roof trusses and the row of houses reads clearly from a few metres back. The smaller detail, the steelwork, the parked cars, the stand lettering, only rewards a closer look. That is why a large size works better than a small one, especially above a sofa or desk.

What wall colour suits it best?

Anything from off-white to mid grey works, and a deep green or navy wall makes the pale background glow. Avoid busy patterned wallpaper, as the drawing already carries a lot of fine line. A plain painted wall gives the linework room to breathe.
