    About This Art

Test it this way: if the living room feels safe, size up. This watercolour of two deck chairs under a mustard yellow umbrella, tucked between tall palms, pulls a holiday mood into a room that's already gone a bit too sensible. The cream background does the heavy lifting — it keeps the wall feeling open while the warm browns and golden umbrella add a sunlit lift. Hang it above a sideboard, between two windows, or on the wall facing where you actually sit. Pair with rattan, light oak, linen cushions and a jute rug. Skip heavy dark wood and competing tropical prints — this one wants quiet around it. Printed on thick fine-art paper with rich, even tones.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Is the mustard umbrella very bright, or does it sit quietly?

It's a warm golden mustard rather than a loud yellow, and it's a small part of the overall image. It reads as a single warm accent against the cream and sandy browns, so it lifts the wall without dominating the room.

Will this work in a room that doesn't have any coastal styling?

Yes. The palette is warm cream, sand and brown with a mustard accent, so it sits comfortably in boho, organic-modern and relaxed neutral rooms. It reads more as a warm vertical landscape than a literal beach scene.

Is there enough detail to hold up at a larger size?

The watercolour textures in the palm fronds and umbrella hold up well at medium and larger sizes. The cream background is intentional negative space, so going larger gives the composition more room to breathe rather than exposing emptiness.
