    About This Art

Too much beige. Not enough turquoise. This fixes that. A flat-graphic pool house in pale blue, mustard and deep red lifts a room that has been playing it safe for too long.

The wall it goes on stops feeling like a wall. It becomes the warmest, most confident thing in the room — clear sky, still water, a building that knows exactly what it is.

Hang it above a low sideboard, a sofa or a console where the eye lands on entry. Landscape format wants a wider wall than a narrow one.

Pair with walnut or teak, tan leather, bouclé in oat or cream, brass fittings, and one ceramic in mustard or terracotta to echo the warm notes.

Keep the rest of the wall quiet. This piece does the talking — don't crowd it with busy pattern or competing graphic art. Printed on premium fine-art paper for a crisp, matte finish.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

    Made responsibly
FSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Is the deep red too strong for a calm living room?

It's a small block of deep red set against a lot of pale turquoise and cream, so it reads as a focal point, not a dominant colour. In a calm room it gives you one warm anchor without taking over. If your scheme is already saturated, it will compete.

Does this need to be hung large to work?

Yes, it rewards scale. The architecture, palms and pool are graphic shapes that need room to breathe — go large above a sofa or sideboard. At small sizes the composition still reads but loses its presence as a focal point.

Will this look dated or too retro?

It leans mid-century but the illustration is contemporary and flat-graphic, not a vintage poster reproduction. In a room with modern furniture and warm wood it reads current rather than nostalgic — closer to a design-magazine cover than a flea-market find.
