    About This Art

Too much beige. Not enough soft pink. This fixes that. A loose, hand-drawn still life of a wine bottle, a half-full glass, two candlesticks and a baguette, sketched in confident black lines on a warm pink ground.

Put it on the wall and the kitchen stops feeling so functional. The pink lifts a flat room without going sweet, and the black linework gives it backbone. It reads as a small celebration of dinner — not a polite decoration.

Hangs well above a kitchen counter, on a narrow dining wall, in a galley kitchen, or in a small bar nook. Sits comfortably at eye level above a sideboard.

Pair with stoneware, clear glass, oak shelving, linen and a little brass. Striped or checked textiles work. A real bottle of wine on the counter underneath is a fair styling choice.

Don't bury it behind heavy farmhouse signage or busy floral wallpaper — it needs a calm wall to read. Stretched over a wooden frame and ready to hang straight from the box.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

Still not sure? Contact our team with a photo of your space and we'll tell you exactly what size will work.

    What's your return policy?

If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.

Will the soft pink background clash with a warm kitchen that already has red or terracotta?

It can. The pink here is on the cooler, dusty side, so it sits well with off-white, oak, brass and stoneware. If your kitchen leans heavily into red tiles or terracotta floors, the pink may fight rather than flatter — test it against your dominant warm tone first.

Is this readable from across a dining room, or is the linework too fine?

The linework is loose and confident, not delicate, so the bottle, glass and baguette read clearly from across a normal-sized dining room. Up close you see the hand-drawn texture; from a few metres away it reads as a strong silhouette on pink.

Does it work in a tall, narrow space like a galley kitchen or a small bar nook?

Yes — the composition is portrait and stacks vertically, so it suits narrow walls between cabinets, the end wall of a galley kitchen, or above a small bar cart. Aim for at least 60cm of clear wall width so the pink ground has room to breathe.
