    About This Art

Seen beside warm linen, the cityscape loses nostalgia and gains grit. A painterly street of soft pink, mustard yellow and warm brown townhouses, framed by leafy trees and a small yellow car. Hang it where a room needs a lift — a hallway that gets little light, a kids' room that wants colour, or a living room with neutral walls. It works above a console, a low sideboard or a single bed, and brings out honey wood, rattan and pale linen. Keep the surrounding palette quiet so the pink and yellow can do the talking. Avoid hanging it next to busy florals or competing bright colour blocks — it likes a calm wall and a little breathing room.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

Made responsiblyFSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the pink and yellow feel too bright on a neutral wall?

On a chalky off-white or soft pink wall the colours read warm rather than loud. The brown townhouse and green trees ground the palette, so it lifts a neutral room instead of overwhelming it. If your space leans cool grey, balance it with a honey-wood piece of furniture or a linen cushion in a similar warm tone.

Does it work in a child's room without feeling childish?

Yes. The brushwork and palette are hand-painted rather than cartoon-styled, so it grows with the room. It sits well above a single bed or low shelf in a child's room, then moves easily into a hallway or family living room later. Pair it with rattan, pale wood and plain bedding to keep the look calm.

What size suits a hallway wall?

A medium portrait size tends to work best in a hallway — large enough to read as you walk past, but not so big it crowds a narrow space. Hang it centred on the wall at eye level above a console or slim bench. If the hallway is short, one piece on its own usually looks better than a pair.
