    About This Art

Start with the soft pink; it'll wake every cream plaster wall and pale oak surface around it. This painted Italian streetscape brings holiday light into a room without trying too hard — pastel houses, blue shutters and a clear sky doing the heavy lifting. Hang it above a kitchen sideboard, in a hallway that needs cheering up, or on a quiet bedroom wall opposite the window so morning light catches the warm yellows. It sits well with rattan, linen, terracotta pots and woven baskets. Avoid pairing it with heavy dark frames, busy floral wallpaper or cool grey schemes that fight the warm palette — give it a clean wall and let the colour do the work.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

    Made responsibly
FSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the pink read as too feminine in a shared kitchen or hallway?

The pink in this piece is a soft, warm architectural pink rather than a candy or blush — it sits alongside yellow, peach and blue-green shutters, so the overall feeling is sunny and Mediterranean rather than sweet. In a kitchen or hallway it reads as holiday colour, not nursery.

Does it need a Mediterranean-styled room to work?

No. It carries the holiday mood on its own, so a simple cream or off-white wall with pale wood and linen is enough. You don't need terracotta tiles or olive trees — the piece does that job. Avoid clashing it with heavy florals or strong cool greys.

How big should I go above a console or sideboard?

Aim for an artwork width around two thirds of the furniture below. A medium landscape print sits well above a standard console or kitchen sideboard; a large size works as a feature on a longer hallway or dining wall where you want the colour to carry across the room.
