    About This Art

Here's the trick: let the botanical study cut through all that linen. This is a quiet, hand-drawn watercolour of three pitcher plants in soft green and dusty pink on a warm cream ground, finished with a tiny hand-lettered label. Hung on a calm wall it adds gentle character without shouting — the kind of piece you notice on second glance. Works above a console in a hallway, on a kitchen feature wall between cabinets, or above a small writing desk in a study. Pair it with painted shaker fronts, oak or walnut wood, stoneware, aged brass and linen. Skip it if your room is already loud with bold pattern or saturated colour — this one wants room to breathe.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Is the soft pink in this print very noticeable, or does it read mostly green and cream?

It reads mostly cream and soft green from across the room, with the dusty pink showing as small accents at the flower and stem bases. Up close the pink lifts in daylight, especially on a north-facing wall. If your scheme is warm neutrals or sage, the pink quietly ties in rather than standing out as a separate colour.

Will this look out of place in a modern kitchen rather than a country one?

It can work in a calmer modern kitchen, especially one with painted cabinets, oak or walnut and stoneware. The hand-drawn watercolour and small label give it a slightly old-world feel, so it sits more comfortably with painted shaker fronts than with glossy handleless units or stainless-heavy industrial schemes.

Does the tall vertical shape need a lot of wall above a console or worktop?

It benefits from a bit of height above furniture so the long leaves can breathe. Above a console or kitchen worktop, leave a comfortable gap between the top of the furniture and the bottom of the frame at eye level. A narrow wall between cabinets or windows suits it well — it doesn't need a wide expanse.
