    About This Art

Some landscape prints match a room. This one resets its pecking order. Renoir's late view from the post office garden at Cagnes is loose, warm and unhurried — pale houses stacked against a hazy sky, with greens and clay tones holding the foreground.

The room slows down once it's up. Walls read warmer. Linen looks softer. A bit of brass picks up the cream in the houses, and an oak shelf stops fighting for attention.

Hang it at eye level above a sofa, console or sideboard. It carries a wall on its own and doesn't need a big frame to do it.

Pair with plaster, oak, warm linen and a quiet rug. One painterly piece nearby is plenty.

Don't crowd it with sharp graphic prints or cold greys — they'll flatten the brushwork. Printed on premium fine-art paper for soft, painterly colour.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

    Made responsibly
FSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the soft brushwork still read clearly at a smaller size?

Yes, but with caveats. The medium size sits best — the houses, garden and sky stay readable at viewing distance. At small sizes the loose brushwork can blur into one warm haze, which works as an accent but loses the village detail. For above a sofa or console, go medium.

Does the warm clay palette clash with cool grey walls?

It can. The print's warm cream, clay and brown are built around warm undertones, so cool steel-grey walls tend to fight it and make the brushwork look muddy. It sits much better on off-white, plaster, oat or soft cream walls, or warm-grey paints with a beige base.

Is this best on its own or in a small gallery wall?

It's a quiet hero. It carries a wall on its own above a sofa, console or bed. If you want a small grouping, keep companions restrained — one or two smaller painterly landscapes or soft botanicals in the same warm palette. Avoid pairing it with sharp graphic prints.
