    Unlike most cityscape art, this doesn't wait for approval. The houses lean into ochre and pink, the sea sits deep blue, and the palm fronds cut hard across the sky.

    Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

    Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

    Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

    Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

    You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

    How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

    Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

    Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

    Does the print show a specific named village?

    No — it's a painted illustration in the Italian Riviera style rather than a portrait of a specific named town. The architecture, palms and coastline read clearly Ligurian, but you're not committing to a particular postcode, which keeps it easy to live with.

    Will the deep blue sea overpower a small room?

    It's bold, but the blue sits in the upper-right third rather than across the whole image, balanced by the warm ochre and pink houses. In a smaller room, choose a medium size and hang it as the only statement piece on that wall — it'll feel rich rather than heavy.

    Does it work in a north-facing room with cooler light?

    Yes, and arguably it earns its keep there. The ochre, pink and warm clay path push warmth back into a cool-lit room, while the deep blue stops the warm tones tipping into orange. Pair with cream walls rather than grey to get the most out of it.
