    Because the artist knew restraint, the deep blue hits harder here. The whitewashed walls do most of the work, and then those domes pull the eye straight across the room. Hang it and the wall feels lighter, holiday-fresh, a little cooler. The colour palette opens the space rather than crowds it.     Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

    Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

    When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

    Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

    Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

    You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

    How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

    Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

    Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

    Will the deep blue domes feel too bold in a soft, neutral room?

    The blue is concentrated in small dome shapes against a lot of white, so it reads as a clean accent rather than a wash of colour. In a pale room it tends to wake the space up rather than fight the scheme, especially next to oak, linen or rattan.

    Does the composition lean to one side, or is it balanced for a centred hang?

    The village climbs up the right side of the frame while the sea opens on the left, so the visual weight sits slightly right of centre. It still hangs well centred above a sofa or console — just leave equal space on each side and let the composition do the asymmetry.

    Is this a recognisable view of Santorini or a more generic Greek island scene?

    It reads strongly as Oia on Santorini — the cliff-edge whitewashed houses, the blue-domed church and the bell tower are the corner most associated with the island. It's stylised rather than literal, so it works as a travel piece without feeling like a postcard.
