    About This Art

This isn't wall filler. It's soft pink with a point of view. A hand-drawn still life of a grocery haul — tomatoes, peppers, broccoli, carrots, strawberries, grapes, cheese, a baguette and pink peonies — with a scribbled shopping list pinned to the wall.

The room shifts the moment it goes up. Kitchens stop feeling like a corridor between fridge and kettle and start feeling lived-in. There's a small joke running through the piece — the misspelt "chease" on the list — that gives guests something to lean in for.

Hang it in a kitchen, a breakfast nook, or a small dining wall where people gather. It likes eye-level above a sideboard, a coffee bar, or a narrow stretch of wall between cabinets.

Pairs well with painted cabinets, oak worktops, linen tea towels, terracotta pots and stoneware in earthy tones.

Don't crowd it with serious botanical prints or moody food photography — this one wants to be the friendly voice in the room. Stretched over a wooden frame and ready to hang.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

Still not sure? Contact our team with a photo of your space and we'll tell you exactly what size will work.

    What's your return policy?

If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.

Is the misspelt "chease" on the list intentional?

Yes — it's part of the print's charm. The shopping list is drawn to look like a real scribble pinned to the wall, typo and all. Most people spot it on the second look, and it tends to be the bit guests comment on.

Will the soft pink background clash with warm kitchen worktops?

It sits comfortably next to oak, beech and warm-toned worktops because the pink is chalky rather than bright. It also works against cream and sage painted cabinets. Avoid hanging it directly against a strong terracotta or red wall, where the background can disappear.

Is there enough detail to read up close, or does it work better from across the room?

Both, but it rewards a closer look. The basket weave, the individual strawberries, the peony petals and the handwritten list all hold up at arm's length. From across the room you get the shape and colour; up close you get the small jokes.
