A hallway this pared back can take one serious black-and-white drawing. Put it up and the wall stops being empty corridor and starts being a place people slow down in — the shading pulls you close, then the sleeping shape makes the whole run feel calmer. It sits happily at eye level along a narrow hall, above a low bench, or over a desk in a study. Keep the company plain: pale wood, linen, black metal hooks, chalky white or soft grey walls. Are Fab canvas prints good quality?
Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.
When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.
Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?
Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.
You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.
How do I know what size will actually work in my space?
Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.
Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

What's your return policy?
If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.
We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.
Will the white background look bare on a white wall?
It reads as intentional rather than bare, as long as the piece has room to breathe. On a white or off-white wall the pug appears to float, which is part of the appeal. If you want more definition, a slim black frame draws a clean edge around the open space and separates the drawing from the wall behind it.
Is the pencil detail still visible in smaller sizes?
The face, brow wrinkles and paws hold up well at small and medium sizes because that is where the shading is densest. Very small sizes soften the fine fur strokes across the back, so if you want the drawing quality to be obvious from across a room, go up a size and hang it where people pass close.
Does it work in a room with colour on the walls?
Yes. Soft grey, sage, pale blue and warm clay walls all work, because the drawing brings no competing colour of its own. Very dark walls are trickier: the large white background becomes a bright block, so if your walls are deep navy or charcoal, a white frame helps tie the two together.
