Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

On a bright white wall the pale colours can read quieter than on screen, but the warm beige cat and sage backdrop still hold their own. If your wall is very white and very lit, a slim oak or warm-toned frame helps anchor the piece. On chalky off-white, cream or soft sage walls it sits very comfortably.

The cat is painted loosely rather than as a detailed portrait, but the warm ginger and cream colouring and stocky build read closest to a ginger tabby or American shorthair.
