    About This Art

Before anyone mentions the travel-poster style, notice what the sea-green water does to soft linen and pale oak. The colour cools the room without making it feel chilly, and the quote gives the wall something to say.

Up on the wall, the print quietly shifts the mood of a room. Bathrooms feel more like a retreat. Bedrooms feel calmer. Hallways feel less like a thoroughfare and more like a moment.

It hangs well above a bath, over a bed, or on a narrow wall by a window where natural light can sit on it. Eye-level works best so the words read easily.

Pair it with white tiles, pale oak, rattan, linen, brushed brass taps and stoneware in cream or sand. It leans into bathrooms with plants and natural textures, and into bedrooms that already feel restful.

Don't crowd it with other quote prints — let this one carry the message on its own. As a wrapped canvas, the surface keeps the matt, poster-like feel of the illustration.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

Still not sure? Contact our team with a photo of your space and we'll tell you exactly what size will work.

    What's your return policy?

If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.

Will the sea-green colour look too cold in a north-facing bathroom?

It reads as calm rather than cold. The cream sky band and the warm brown of the figure stop it tipping icy, and the navy lettering grounds the whole piece. In a north-facing bathroom, pair it with pale oak, warm white towels and a small plant to keep the room feeling welcoming.

Is the quote easy to read from across the room?

Yes at medium size. The lettering is set in a bold sans-serif in deep navy against a soft sky and water, so it holds its own from a few steps back. If you're hanging it in a long hallway or a larger bedroom, go up a size so the words still register from the doorway.

Does the figure show any identifying features?

No. She's shown from behind, head and shoulders above the water, with natural hair. There's no face, no swimsuit branding and no setting cue beyond open water, which keeps the focus on the words and the feeling rather than on a specific person or place.
